The winner of Brand Impact has shown the ability to bring to life a brand through facilities management service and strategy. The winning team enhanced the capability and quality of its service by devising, launching and managing a brand that exceeded all expectation and impacted positively on the business.

The new MCS management team led the implementation of the Gather & Gather brand, a scheme which showed incredible brand repositioning and results. The brand helped the catering business nearly treble in size and contributed to their annual turnover. In a highly competitive market the team successfully used the brand to show the role of food in FM and workplace strategy. The judges were particularly taken with the excellent brand development programme that focused on urban food gathering and evoked strong brand values, and its implementation through a dynamic marketing strategy. / @Gatherandgather
