Table bookings are now open!
We are now taking bookings for Award entrants. Tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Please note there are a limited number of Premium tables and tables of 12 available for entrants so you will need to book early to secure these tables before they sell out.
If you are a non-entrant, we have a limited number of supporter packages available which include a table of 10, please email awards@iwfm.org.uk for further information
There is also a limited number of single ticket bookings available for non-entrants.
Ticket prices
Standard tickets
Standard tickets and tables include:
- Arrival drinks at the Great Room sparkling reception
- Three-course meal followed by coffee and petits fours (does not include drinks)
- Evening entertainment with celebrity host, music and dancing
- Advance drink orders for tables of 10 and 12**
Prices
*Prices do not include VAT. Concessions available for IWFM volunteer committee members for individual tickets.
**Please note that standard tickets do not include any drinks on the table. Tables of 10 or 12 can purchase these direct with the venue in advance or can order from waiting staff on the night. Individual ticket holders will be able to buy drinks from the waiting staff on the night.
Premium tables
Premium tables include:
- VIP tickets for all your guests
- Arrival drinks in the VIP reception
- Preferential table position for dinner and the Awards ceremony
- Generous selection of drinks on your table – four bottles of wine and a bucket of beers
- Three-course meal followed by coffee and petits fours
- Multiple table bookings guaranteed to be next to each other
- Evening entertainment with celebrity host, music and dancing
- Advance drinks orders for additional table drinks

Table of ten: £3,850* (£385pp)
Table of 12: £4,620* (£385pp) – only 8 available
*Prices do not include VAT.
Please note there are a limited number of tables of 12 available, therefore please book early to avoid disappointment.
Individual tickets are allocated at random. If you would like to be seated with another guest then please advise in the registration form, however we cannot guarantee placement.
Organisations are advised to book the same types of tables if they would like these to be situated next to each other. For example, it is very unlikely due to the positions in the room that a premium table of 12 and a standard table of 10 can be next to each other.
